Job Description

Our Work Experience Scheme is a 3-6 month work placement programme which gives recent university graduates the chance to gain valuable work experience with Limbe Labs. Participants will work on projects across industry areas and will gain an insight into outsourcing, consulting and the technology industry sector.

Starting out in this group, you will gain core engineering and consulting skills across a variety of projects for clients in all sectors, making it a great place to build the foundations of your consulting career. You will learn to deliver commercial benefits by applying skills in management consulting, systems integration and technology. You could find yourself pulling together business proposals, redesigning business processes, preparing people for change, designing applications or applying new technologies. In addition you will learn how to implement and deploy the worlds leading software packages. In all cases, you can expect to become increasingly specialised as you progress.

Qualifications

Technical Skill Requirements

Candidates will have some or all of the following skills:

• Web dev skills (html, css, php, python, etc.)
• Programming skills (java, c#, c++, etc.)
• Unix/Linux Experience
• Relational Databases
• Networking (hardware and software)
• Bachelors Degree or commensurate experience

• All candidates must be willing to be Limbe based, but offer full mobility (i.e. prepared to work away from home Monday to Friday as required)

Professional Skill Requirements

• Ability to contribute to a team-oriented environment
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Desire to work in an information systems environment

• Demonstrate leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
